I am ready to start fresh with being more active and adding in some healthy supplements. I was just doing, Keto and was successful at it for a long time. The issue started when I gave into cake on my birthday, then more carbs and sugar for other occasions that followed. Now I am right back where I was in just a few months. I think if I pay attention to my activity and take dietary supplements and maintain low carbs and sugar, I could get myself back on track and lose a few pounds. Have you ever just needed a restart :) This is okay and sometimes it is just what it takes to boost life back into motion.
